Impact sprint
A sprint to test and scale business case and concepts / prototypes through qualitative and quantitative validation.
Turning ideas into impact requires more than creativity. It takes structure, speed, and evidence. Forte’s Impact Sprint is a focused four-week process that tests the desirability, feasibility, and business potential of new concepts before major investment. It builds on the outcomes of an Ideathon and provides a data-driven foundation for strategic decisions and future scaling.
Together with client teams, we turn early concepts into proof. Through rapid prototyping, user validation, and business modeling, we identify what works, what needs refinement, and how the idea can create measurable value. The sprint begins by clarifying the problem and setting clear success criteria, ensuring everyone shares a common understanding of what validation means in the business context.
We then move quickly into experimentation, creating clickable prototypes, service mockups, or visual concepts to test with real users or stakeholders. Insights are complemented with quantitative data from surveys, pilot tests, or targeted campaigns to measure appeal, adoption, and early indicators of ROI.
The process concludes with a validation report that brings together qualitative and quantitative findings into a clear recommendation for next steps. Each sprint delivers a tested concept, an evidence-based business case, and a roadmap for scaling. The Impact Sprint helps leadership make confident decisions and align around initiatives that are proven to deliver value, transforming early momentum into measurable business impact.
