Flokk wanted to make it easier for customers and resellers to digitally configure products—without compromising on flexibility or quality. Previously, orders were often registered manually, which led to inefficiencies and a higher risk of errors.
Løsning
Forte developed a scalable e-commerce platform with an integrated 3D configurator. Customers can easily customize products by selecting models, fabrics, colors, and accessories—and receive a configuration code to complete their purchase with a reseller. The solution supports a fully digital order process and has been launched in multiple markets.
