How Virke Digitalized the Member Journey – Powered by Data

Virke is the Federation of Norwegian Enterprises, representing the trade and service industries with over 25,000 member companies. Members receive legal advice, industry networking, and a voice in shaping political frameworks. To deliver more relevant, personalized, and data-driven value to its members, Virke needed a new technical platform. 

Utfordring

Virke wanted to offer more targeted insights and advisory services but was held back by technical debt, a lack of data structure, and fragmented data sources. Generating insights was time-consuming, not easily reusable, and lacked the depth required for strategic decision-making.

With a new data platform, Virke can now develop and launch digital services faster and more efficiently. The platform consolidates both existing and new insights into a single solution—Virke Innsikt—which offers members: 

  • Overview of macro trends, e-commerce, and forecasts 

  • Tailored information based on industry affiliation 

  • Monthly reports through the "Quick Index"
