– I chose Forte because I believe openness, trust, and involvement can also thrive in a large, international company. I’m very impressed by the company’s bold ambitions and its ability to take care of its employees, while never forgetting the importance of its customers and doing everything possible to help them succeed, says Ege.
Aslak Ege has worked at the IT consulting company Capra for more than 14 years, most recently as group CEO. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from NTNU.

He has big ambitions in his new role as Technology Director.
– I want to help make Forte a leading pan-European growth partner for the most ambitious businesses in Europe, supporting their digital success and ensuring they remain relevant. Today, every company is a tech company — especially with the rise of new AI technologies. This demands courage, a clear strategy, and adaptability.
Ege sees four main areas as key to this success:
– The key lies in the clear values we live by every day, in continuing to create an attractive workplace for internationally minded technologists, in always creating value for our customers and their users, and in staying pragmatic in everything we do.
Building the Norway's best tech environment
Johan Grönlund, CEO of Forte Norway, says Ege will be crucial in building Norway's best technology environment, which is also one of Forte’s stated ambitions.
– We are, of course, very pleased that he chose us. Aslak has a rare combination of top-level management experience and deep technological insight. That makes him a strategic asset for the entire company, while also putting him in charge of developing what we believe will become the country’s most cutting-edge tech environment, says Grönlund about the appointment.
