Forte Health combines strategic consulting, digital implementation, and the development of scalable solutions for healthcare market players. The focus is on concrete results: more efficient processes, integrated patient journeys, and higher commercial effectiveness through the targeted use of data, technology, and AI.

With Forte Health, the partners pool their respective strengths: the reach and health expertise of the Wort & Bild Media and Publishing Group, the market and ecosystem expertise of Isartal Health Media, and the technology and transformation expertise of Forte.

The subsidiary Develop HealthTech, part of Isartal Health Media, will become Forte Health. Forte is contributing its existing healthcare market business to the joint venture. This includes clients such as BIOTRONIK, DRK Kliniken Berlin, and Labor Berlin.

Since the beginning of the year, new clients such as Korian and Medudy have already been acquired together. Management will be handled by Darius Niroumand, Managing Director of Forte and Flying Health, and Viktor Hettich, Managing Director of Develop HealthTech.

The announcement of the joint venture took place during a cooperative networking event at DMEA (Europe's leading trade fair for digital health), held once again in the rbb-Dachlounge. With more than 200 participants, the event was a complete success. Under the theme "Success is only possible as a team," the importance of a strong network and a functioning ecosystem was highlighted, impressively underscoring the central idea of the merger.
