Ideathon

When organizations need to move from ideas to action, speed matters. Forte’s Ideathon is an intensive two-day workshop that transforms strategic challenges and opportunities into tangible prototypes ready for validation, decision, or investment. The format combines creativity, structure, and cross-functional collaboration to turn ambition into concrete results.

Ahead of the sprint, we gather ideas and challenges from across the organization and define three to five focus areas together with leadership. Cross-functional teams are then formed, bringing together client experts and Forte specialists with complementary skills. Over two days, these teams explore, prototype, and validate new solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

The first day focuses on exploration and design. Teams sketch concepts, map journeys, and build early prototypes supported by Forte’s facilitators and AI-assisted tools for rapid ideation and modeling. On the second day, ideas are tested and refined through user or stakeholder feedback before being presented to management as clear, actionable concepts.

The Ideathon delivers more than ideas. It generates validated prototypes, insights, and next-step recommendations that feed directly into strategy, roadmaps, and budget processes.
