On 1 December, we got our first colleague with us in what we like to call phase 2 of our initiative. Both as a professional and as a person, Michelle fit perfectly into our existing professional environment. The fact that she also thought it was fun to be part of the journey ahead, I interpret as a sign that we are doing something right.
